Cooksy Lab

Welcome to the Cooksy lab.  Our research group studies the structures, vibrational and chemical dynamics, and spectra of free radicals, molecular ions, and organic/organometallic complexes.  Our work at various times has spanned applications to astrochemistry and mm wave astronomy, combustion chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry, physical organic chemistry, organometallic catalysts, organic synthesis, and more.  We use electronic structure computations, our own vibrational analysis software, and high-resolution laser spectroscopy to probe a wide variety of interesting systems.  This site is where you can learn more about our work.  Thank you for dropping by.
